Relationships (the R in the PERMA framework)
Having a small group of good, meaningful (non-toxic) relationships has been shown to be necessary for good wellbeing. Another useful behaviour to improve and sustain the relationship with your partner, is to celebrate their successes, as if they were your own.
There are a number of activities that one can do to improve one's relationships.
