Health - the H in the PERMA wellbeing framework.

This aspect of wellbeing involves mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. It has been shown that all of the above interact with each other therefore all need to be nurtured.
Mental activities can include meditation, of which there are many varieties, for example, mindfulness meditation, yoga and Tai Chi. These activities and philosophies impact our wellbeing in many different ways.
Mental health can also be improved by indulging in your favourite sport, especially when you become totally engrossed in this activity and you move into 'the zone' and experience 'flow'.
